How do I create an account?
Click 'Create Account' in the top right corner of our website and enter your email and a password. Having an account makes it easy to track orders, manage subscriptions, and reorder your favorites.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click 'Log In' and then 'Forgot your password?' Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, we're unfortunately unable to redirect it.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, email [email protected] with the name and email used at checkout and we'll confirm your order and resend the confirmation.
