How do I sign up for a subscription?
On any product page, select the 'Subscribe & Save' option before adding to cart. You'll choose your delivery frequency (e.g. every 30, 45, or 60 days), and your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
How do I pause my subscription?
Log in to your account at shop.getgoodfeels.com, navigate to 'Subscriptions,' and select 'Pause.' Your subscription will resume on the next billing date after you un-pause it. If you need help, email [email protected].
How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd hate to see you go, but we make it easy! Log in to your account, go to 'Subscriptions,' and select 'Cancel.' You can also email [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing dat
Can I change how often my subscription ships?
Absolutely! Log in to your account, navigate to 'Subscriptions,' and update your delivery frequency. Changes take effect on your next order.
Can I swap products in my subscription?
Yes! You can update the products in your subscription by logging into your account and editing your subscription details. Or reach out to [email protected] and we'll help you swap.
I was charged for a subscription order I forgot to cancel — can I get a refund?
We understand! Reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible after the charge. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
